MY FAVORITE AND RARE CDS
Here is where I show you my prize cds and a little info about them. To my knowledge the info is correct, but feel free to add input to me if you like.
AUTOGRAPH - THAT'S THE STUFF.
killer 80's rock. this version has "six string fever" for song 6. I have heard that this has been re-issued, but I don't know if it is this version or the "blue" cover version. (HEY !!!! ever notice that aerosmiths "just press play" cd has this same robotic - sweetheart on the cd cover !!!!)
BOULEVARD - WHAT'S UP
I have heard its real rare. They sound pretty good, but I need to listen to it more to really give you an accurate description.
BOY MEETS GIRL - BOY MEETS GIRL
This cd is great. its softer melodic rock. and is my favorite cd out of the 3 that they made. the 3rd cd "new dream" was never released. a few promo cassettes were handed out. i actually have this on a CD-R from one of these promo tapes. its a shame this was never released. i also have a promo compilation with the radio remix of "new dream" the first song on the 3rd cd. If you can find anything by this group, get it.
BOY MEETS GIRL - NEW DREAM
OOOPS!!!! I guess i lied about this never being released! I FOUND AN ORIGINAL NON-PROMO CD!!!!!! YES YES YES!!!!
CADILLAC BRATZ - FASTEN YOUR SEATBELT
YES!!! I finally have this cd!!!! Great melodic cd!! Get it if you can!!
EIGHT SECONDS - ALAMACANTAR
This cd is getting rarer, but not real rare yet. It has a lot of keyboards. I love this cd.
EIGHT SECONDS - BIG HOUSES
Talk about rare!! I almost never found this cd. Its better than the first cd they have. But again, it is more of the same stuff.
JUDE COLE - JUDE COLE
This is his first cd. I found this in a used cd store for about $8. But I guess it's quite rare.
CRAAFT - CRAAFT (1986)
this cd is quite rare and I don't know of any re-release for this one yet. Its on a lot of want lists, as it should be. I think its great.
HEARTLESS - HEARTLESS
great cd!!! melodic and rare. these guys changed their name to julliet.
HEAVEN - TAKE ME BACK
Great cd.... and harder than heck to find. I need to listen to this one more. But most collectors swear by this one.
HYBRID ICE - NO RULES
I love this cd. I have heard this classified as arena rock. Similar to CHASE - IN PURSUIT. That's my opinion.
JILLSON - DEADLY GIRL
To me, this is one of the BEST independent releases out there. I compare every indy release to this one. If you can grab this one, you've done yourself a huge favor. Some of the best metal out there!!!!
JOSHUA - INTENSE DEFENSE
It is rare. I had a heck of a time finding my copy. I have heard rumors its gonna be re-released. We will see...
KARO - HEAVY BIRTHDAY
Rare, so I got it. It sounds pretty good. I need to have a better listen, though.
KILLER DWARFS - STAND TALL
I think this is one of thier better releases. what is it about bands 2nd releases???!!!??? sometimes they are the best stuff the bands ever done and yet its the first thing to go out of print!!!! example: THIS GROUP!! and the stage dolls commandos cd and joker's cool deal cd etc.
LILLIAN AXE - LOVE AND WAR
this cd is great, i bought lillian axes first cd, and it did not do anything for me. But this 2nd cd kicks. i really like the song "diana". get this cd if you can.
ROCK BOULEVARD - ROCK BOULEVARD
I listen to this cd a lot. I am close to Reno where this record label resides or resided. This is awesome melodic metal. I have only found 2 of these cds.
STAGE DOLLS - SOLDIERS GUN
This cd is pretty good. this is their debut cd. the stage dolls are one of my favorite groups. i have all their stuff. this is an excellent melodic rock band. If you can get this cd, you wont be dissappointed!
STAGE DOLLS - COMMANDOS
Here it is!!!!!!! The Best of the Best!!!!!!!!! this is the reason we need cds!!! This is the best CD ever released. I read in an interview that this CD was released on a time-release deal. After the time was up, (6-months to a year) all commandos cds were to be destroyed (as wrong as 2 guys in bed). This cd was their best!!!!!!. -- There are only 2 things you can be sure of......... God rules and Commandos is the best CD on the market!!!!!!!!!!!!
STAGE DOLLS - STAGE DOLLS
This cd really is not rare, but its one of the best cds out there and it is getting rarer by the day. pick this one up and play it a few times. there is not alot out there that is better than this release!
STAGE DOLLS - STAGE DOLLS (NORWEIGEN VERSION)
here is the same cd as above, except for the cover and a few of the songs on this cd are slightly different. i think that they remixed the songs for a bigger worldwide release.
TAINTED ANGEL - A LITTLE HEAVEN
Good CD.....Great CD!!!! Rockin stuff that you won't be disappointed with. Go grab it!!!!!!
TAZ - COLD SHOULDER
I still need to listen to this one.....
WORLDS APART - WORLDS APART
This CD was pressed to about 500 copies and it sounds alot like Europe. It's real good.
